Motogp Sachsenring German 2016 - Marquez new chasis

Motogp Sachsenring German 2016 -Marquez new chasis for qualification saturday July 16, 2016.

The current MotoGP title leader, Marc Marquez hope the weather improves in Sachsenring will allow him to try a new chassis for Repsol Honda.

The Spaniard is 3rd in Friday's for first free practice session July 15, 2016.

"Here we have a new chassis, a modification of what we are trying at Montmelo. Today we did not use because of the weather conditions, but maybe tomorrow - it is in the plan. The second motor is ready with a new chassis," Marquez revealed.

The double MotoGP champion had use 2014 chassis since Assen last season, but he has begun using a modification of the old frame-preferably by adjusting the height of his mount.

"Now with little modifications also on other parts of the chassis, trying to improve on the corner, where we lost more at the moment."

Commenting on the five accidents that occurred at the corner 11 on Friday, Marquez doubted much could be done to make it more secure and that the cold temperature is the main cause.

"I think this corner (11) will be like that. With Bridgestone, Michelin or another tire. In the end it is very important and these days very cold conditions. I do not remember the cold temperatures that. It was too windy, which makes a turn 11 even more difficult. If the temperature rises it will be safer.
