MotoGP 2016 - Valentino Rossi Will Retiring This Season?

Full Races. Valentino Rossi said he would wait a few more races before deciding whether to continue the contract with Yamaha.

According interview video  with sky sport, rossi said that if Yamaha agreed to contract renewal, then it must be valid for two years.

"At the end of 2016, my contract will expire, so I had to decide whether to continue two more season or not," said Rossi.

"If I want to continue, then it will be valid for two seasons because of all the contract duration of two seasons."

According to Rossi, there is no problem if the contract was not immediately decided earlier this season.

"It will be like the 2014 season, when I say going to see the first after the first few races. You need to see in five or six races before start thinking (about the contract)," he said. (NBC Sports)
